Feb 2024 - Present

  • Built an internal AI workflow CLI that replaced informal file sharing with a versioned distribution model and a clearer way for engineers to contribute updates.
  • Led cross-team work on shared systems and delivery workflows that made life easier for multiple product teams.
  • Built and maintained shared UI foundations that cut down on repeated frontend decisions across 10+ teams and ~30 projects.
  • Ran architecture reviews, mentorship, and senior-level interview loops that helped raise engineering quality across teams.

  • Pushed trunk-based development and feature flags to cut down on coordination and make releases dramatically faster.
  • Modernized legacy application and delivery infrastructure from Angular and PHP GraphQL toward Next.js, Apollo, Docker, and Terraform to make the stack easier to build on.
  • Built and maintained a React-based design system that streamlined frontend delivery across the organization through 220+ releases over 3 years.
